• Control your chat room remotely

Sometimes you want to install Chat Anywhere on a remote computer, so you need to control your chat room remotely.

Remote manage service is a separate service of Chat Anywhere. To start it, please click the "Remote" button on the toolbar:


Then input the port number, name and password:


There are two ways to start the remote manage service:
1) Manually - click the "Start" button.
2) Automatically - check the "Start remote manage service when chat room start" option. The service will start next time you launch Chat Anywhere and start the chat room.

After the remote manage service starts, you can visit the URL listed in the window to manage your chat room:


Note: You must assign a different port number for the chat room service and remote manage service, or one of them will not work. For example, you can assign port 80 to chat, port 6000 to manage.
