  • When Chat anywhere is set-up as an NT Service, the language filter can not work and the chat file for recording what user has entered, the .txt file, is not updating. How to resolve these problems?
Please specify a user who has the proper rights to start the service. Normally, the NT service "Chat Anywhere" can be started by the user with Administrator rights. The service can also be started by the user who installed the service of Chat Anywhere.

To specify the user, please fellow these steps:
1) Open NT services window.


2) right click service name "Chat Anywhere", select item "properties" on the popup menu.


3) switch to "logon", then specify a user account with Administrator rights to start it, don't forget to input the right password of this account.
You can also try the account which you logged in and installed the service.


This will resolve all those problems.
